Avy announces the appointment of Coptrz as its exclusive UK partner for the Emergency Services and Defence sectors. The partnership marks Avy’s strategic entry into the UK market, bringing its long-endurance, Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone network capabilities to British public safety and defence organisations.
Coptrz, a leading UK provider of drone solutions and services, will serve as Avy’s sole route to market in these sectors, leveraging its deep regulatory expertise, training capabilities and established relationships across the UK defence and emergency services landscape.
The Avy Drone Network supports a broad range of mission types relevant to UK Emergency Services and Defence, including logistics, medical delivery and persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). Underpinned by intelligent automation, AI-driven image processing and pre-scheduled mission routing, it offers organisations a scalable foundation for autonomous aerial operations.
Strengthening the UK’s Sovereign Drone Supply Chain
The agreement also positions both companies to pursue UK Ministry of Defence and public sector framework agreements, while contributing to sovereign and non-Chinese supply chain initiatives — a growing priority in government and defence procurement.
