As an investor in the Bouman Industries 7% bond loan II (2024), you can convert your bond(s) to the new Bouman Industries 9,6% bond loan III (2030) free of charge.

You will then not pay a 1% registration fee, or other costs, on the bonds that have been registered for conversion.

Nominal value of bond loans
The nominal value of the Bouman Industries 7% bond loan II (2024) is € 1.000 per bond.
The nominal value of the new Bouman Industries 9,6% bond loan III (2030) is € 100 per bond.

XNUMX Conversion
The conversion will only be carried out if the new bonds are actually issued. Until then, you will still receive your regular coupon payment on the Bouman Industries bond loan II. So you will not miss any interest due to the conversion.
When converting one Bouman Industries bond II (nominal value € 1.000), you will receive ten new Bouman Industries 9,6% bonds (total nominal value € 1.000).
So you cannot buy fewer than 10 new bonds.

You can choose to register all or part of your positions in the Bouman Industries bond loan II for conversion. Once the issue has been completed, it is no longer possible to register for conversion.
