Calculation example bond loan
Emission costs
NPEX charges 1% issue costs. If you buy a bond with a nominal value of €1.000, you pay €1.000 + €10 = €1.010.
Monthly service costs
To hold a bond in your NPEX account, you pay a monthly service fee of 0,05%. The service costs are offset against the monthly interest to be received.
With a nominal value of € 1.000 per bond, you pay 0,05% x € 1.000 = € 0,50 in service costs. Example: Suppose the monthly coupon interest is €5,00 gross, then you will receive €5,00 – €0,50 = €4,50 per month.
In the overview below you can find the monthly gross and net coupon interest at the different annual interest rates.
