How do you transfer money to your NPEX account?

You do this by transferring from your bank account to your NPEX account:

Please note: The processing of your transfer takes an average of two working days.

NPEX only accepts transfers from bank accounts with banks in the Netherlands European Union, whose name matches the name on the NPEX account.

  • Does the name on the bank account match the name on the NPEX account, but the bank account is not known to NPEX?

NPEX will then first check with you whether the account is yours before the amount is credited to your NPEX account. It may therefore take longer before the money is credited to your NPEX account.

  • Does the name of the bank account not match the name on the NPEX account?

In that case, NPEX cannot accept the transfer and NPEX will refund the amount.

  • Are you transferring money from an account in the name of your sole proprietorship?

In many cases we cannot see on the account statement that the account is also in your private name. As a result, we cannot determine whether the name on the account matches the name on the NPEX account. Therefore, always send a copy of your payment card on which your full name is visible to [email protected] before you transfer money. Otherwise we will be forced to refund the money.
