On the emission of the 5 year old Perfo Knowledgy BV 8% bond loan has now been registered for €554.000. €232.210 has now been registered for the issue of share certificates. It has been decided to extend the registration period.
The bonds and share certificates from the first tranche will be issued on Friday, January 6, 2023, after which the bonds will be interest-bearing. The registration period for tranche 2 ends on Monday January 30, 2023*. The second tranche will be issued on Monday, February 6, 2023.
The registration period for tranche 3 ends on Monday, February 27, 2023*. After the extended registration date has closed, the third tranche will be placed on Monday, March 6, 2023. The bonds will be tradable on the NPEX stock exchange* on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
