Valkenburg (ZH), 12 December 2022 - On the Image Building 9% bond loan IV has now been registered for more than € 1.300.000. This means that the minimum issue amount of €1.000.000 has been reached!
To give investors the opportunity to subscribe to the issue, or to to convert, it has been decided to extend the registration period to a second tranche.
The bonds from the first tranche will be issued on Monday, December 19, 2022, provided that Image Building has sufficient resources to repay loan I, see also chapter 5.2 of the prospectus. The bonds will be interest-bearing upon issuance.
The extended subscription period ends on Thursday, January 12, 2023, after which the bonds from the second tranche will be issued on Thursday, January 19, 2023*.
