Xillio welcomes 50th employee

In Update On September 1, 2022 we reported that we are well on schedule to increase turnover to 2022 million euros in 5. We also reported that we had hired 5 additional consultants and thus increased earning capacity.

In recent weeks we have achieved a number of additional important milestones.

We hired our 50th employee this week.

Due to the extra assumptions this summer, we passed 100k in services turnover per week for the first time in November.

Last week we carried out simultaneous migrations at 30 different customers. Please note, this does not mean that we will only serve 30 customers in 2022. The number of customers in 2022 will be well over 60. Not every customer needs service. We also have partners and customers who only purchase software. And not every customer needs us every week. Why is this number 30 important? The fact that we can perform 30 migrations simultaneously is confirmation that we can scale the migration activities while maintaining quality and profitability. Very simply put: a good manager can keep 10 balls in the air. No one can keep 30 balls in the air. 30 balls in the air is only possible through good processes and good organization.

Furthermore, this year we will not only grow to EUR 5 million, but most likely even to EUR 6 million. A significant increase compared to EUR 4,3 million in 2021. Furthermore, we will once again succeed in keeping EBITDA around 30% this year.

The pipeline of work still to be done is otherwise very full. The recession appears to have little impact on our sport. That's no surprise. After all, not migrating to the cloud is more expensive than migrating to the cloud.
