Herewith a Xillio investor update on the payment of the intended dividend, as indicated in the prospectus and an expectation of turnover and EBITDA for H1 2023.
In anticipation of the half-year results, we expect that both turnover and EBITDA in H1 2023 will be higher than H1 2022, we will report exact figures in July 2023.
Given the current financial situation, whereby when calculating the dividend to be paid out, the solvency is above 35% after distribution, we intend to take the first quarterly dividend of €0,19 gross per certificate to pay out July 31, 2023.
The issue is still open for subscription, so if you subscribe to tranche 3, you will be entitled to the July 2023 dividend.
Below are the dates that are important for the possession of certificates and therefore the payment of the dividend on July 31, 2023.
- Thursday, July 13, 2023 end of registration for tranche 3
- Thursday July 20, 2023 issuance of tranche 3
- Monday July 24, 2023 record date & ex-dividend date
- Monday, July 31, 2023 payment date
