Delay in repayment of bond loan I
The consultation with the strategic partner, involving a Sales and Leaseback of the real estate and participation in it Bouman Industries was discussed has ended. After intensive consultations, we were unable to reach an agreement that would be constructive for Bouman Industries.
Bouman Industries is now in discussions with an investor for a Sales and Leaseback of the property. The intention is to complete this before the end of the year.
Due to this development, the repayment will not take place on November 10.
Stichting Obligatiehoudersbelangen will convene an extraordinary meeting of bondholders on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. During this meeting, Bouman Industries will explain the situation and make a proposal regarding the extension of the term of the bonds in question.
We very much regret that timely repayment cannot be achieved, but we will ensure that a correct solution is reached for both Bouman Industries and its bondholders.
