To the holders of bonds that Bouman Industries B.V. issued pursuant to the prospectus dated June 21, 2016.
Dear Bondholders,
Bouman Industries will make an interim repayment of its bond loan to all holders of bonds as mentioned above. A repayment of approximately €09 will take place on June 2023, 750.000,00.
The remainder of the bond loan, being approximately € 750.000,00, will be repaid by July 10, 2023 at the latest, as agreed.
We would like to thank the bondholders for the trust they have placed in us.
