Preface
The issuance to NPEX will be completed for the total target amount in the first quarter of 2022. The amount raised will be spent on further product development and building the marketing & sales organization, in particular for the I brought it back brand (Nazza NV and Billing House BV are both 100% subsidiaries of eMagine Reality BV). Until now, Nazza has been a project-driven organization. Over the past years, a SaaS platform for mobility services has been built. In combination with a Mobile App, vehicle sharing (bicycles, cars, scooters) is made possible. In the coming years, subscriptions to this SaaS service will be sold to providers of sharing services. Through this update we will keep you, our important stakeholders, informed about the progress of Nazza's change from product to service driven company.
Current Situation
In the first half of 2022, the commercial expansion bore fruit and contracts were signed with both Service Providers and Mobile Operators. For OV9292, the services will be expanded in the field of pricing, settlement and payment. A platform is being built for TURNN to which various shared mobility providers are connected, the first being TIER and Mobian. The intention is to connect at least 2 other providers in the second half of the year.
