Nazza is a center of expertise, an authority in mobility. We think in possibilities. Nazza connects and translates online mobility options and innovation into everyday life. Travel belongs to all of us and we are your sustainable independent travel partner. We take you where you want to be.

Nazza NV is a subsidiary of eMagine Reality BV. eMagine Reality BV is the issuing institution and achieved a turnover of more than € 2020 million in 2 with a profit after tax of € 46.903. In addition, eMagine Reality has achieved a total turnover of € 6 for the first 2021 months of 1.229.523.

Mobility as a Service (MaaS)

1. software

Nazza provides software including mobile apps that allow users to arrange everything for their trip. Quick and easy. We offer this software to mobility providers so that they can offer automated and seamless services in the areas of planning, reservations, use, settlement and payment of mobility services.

2. Make objects shareable

We make objects (such as e-bikes and e-scooters) shareable. Vehicles and other objects are equipped with smart, electronic locks, track-and-trace hardware, and are always connected to the Internet (Internet Of Things). The users of the mobile app can then easily locate, access and use the mobility objects.

3. Flexible subscriptions

The previously described services for mobility providers put us in the unique position to offer flexible subscriptions for (large) companies for their employees and customers. We do this completely independently and encourage the use of sustainable mobility.

Nazza is part of eMagine Reality BV

eMagine Reality BV is the parent company of Nazza. In this holding company, participations are mainly managed and umbrella services are provided to the underlying participations. eMagine Reality BV is the issuing institution on NPEX.

Nazza is the company from which mobility services are provided. This concerns asset management (fleet management), asset sharing services and MaaS services. ICT hardware and software services are provided based on the developed cloud platform, allowing customers to manage, maintain and share mobile assets (bicycles, scooters, scooters).

Billing House is also a subsidiary of eMagine Reality and takes care of all ICT development for the eMagine subsidiaries. Developments are often done for customers on a project basis, after which the developed software is delivered as a Service (SaaS). Sales and account management activities are carried out for direct customers from Billing House. A complete mobility platform is being developed and managed for Nazza. Both development services and support services are provided for this purpose. These services are charged to Nazza on an hourly and cost basis.

Nota Checkers is a subsidiary (15%) of eMagine Reality. Nota Checkers provides a platform to check invoices (especially for dental services). Billing House has developed the platform and provides maintenance & management for the platform. In addition, eMagine provides support in the areas of business development, marketing & sales.

Digital Service Platform

Nazza supplies the hardware, software and service largely on the basis of SaaS subscriptions, which are charged based on the number of means of transport and use. The customer has online and continuous (real-time) insight into his costs and consumption, including CO2 consumption. Many companies are obliged to report their CO2 consumption.

Nazza is a leader in this area and has software integrations (APIs) and collaboration with the global market leading providers of parking garage software, bicycle, car and electric lock manufacturers.

Nazza uses a scalable open system, which enables other parties to participate in their ecosystem and vice versa. As a result, Nazza as a mobility platform is increasingly enriched with new services that all affiliated parties can use.

Nazza's ultimate goal is flexible subscriptions that seamlessly fit the individual user. These can be ordered via a kind of “menu” with all options. This way the customer always has a tailor-made subscription.

In the current market, this combination of means of transport, operators, payments, apps and websites cannot easily be ordered and used yourself. It now takes too much time, effort and knowledge. In addition, the price is even higher, as the combination of separate subscriptions is more expensive.

Nazza has achieved a unique market position.

Nazza maintains an independent position by supporting mobility providers in the manner and level they desire. Nazza does not have its own end customers and does not operate its own assets.

Thanks to this independent position, Nazza has great market potential as a connector and wholesaler of mobility services. Other parties are often dominated by parties with specific interests in the transport industry (such as cars, bicycles and public transport).

Recurring sales

eMagine Reality and its subsidiaries have built up a large portfolio of long-term agreements. As a result, a large part of the turnover is recurring. This recurring turnover is also the foundation for Nazza's growth. Our expectation is that the recurring revenue portion will increase in the coming years. Nazza

Projects are mainly carried out if they contribute strategically to Nazza's position. In this way, certain parts of the software to be developed for a specific customer can then be used generically for the entire market. By having the customer co-finance, investments in R&D are kept manageable.

Many operators and providers already as customers:

Nazza works at various levels for many operators and providers, as a result of which Nazza has built up a strategic position in relevant parts of the mobility market.

Nazza is the first to integrate different types of mobility and different types of parties, and also complies with the TOMP standard for data exchange between those parties. Since the government wants to strongly promote the TOMP standard, many parties come to Nazza for the implementation of the backend systems, as Nazza is the only one that has fully implemented the TOMP standard and has it running in practice at several locations.

What does the market look like?

Market size

Nazza's market consists directly of companies with a large customer base, which sell “white label” subscriptions under their own brand to their customers (B2B and B2C). These can be large companies but also SMEs.

ABN AMRO's market research developed two scenarios that are considered likely. The conservative scenario is ''based on the group of Dutch people who already say they are open to MaaS and also have confidence that this service will really come. This concerns 15 percent, or about two million adult Dutch people. The majority of that group say they want to spend a maximum of 200 euros per month on a transport subscription that allows free travel in the city. If we assume a subscription price of euro 200, this amounts to a potential turnover of 4,8 billion euros per year."

Market developments

The car is no longer the norm, but a flexible combination of different mobility options. This trend is only being reinforced by Covid, as many companies are now accelerating their search for more flexible solutions than are currently common, such as a permanent lease car for an employee.

Many employees are now at home and will continue to work from home several days a week in the future. At Ziggo, for example, this was recently laid down in the new collective labor agreement. It is our expectation that many companies will follow this example. In addition, companies always want to save costs and with this approach this is possible while mobility performance even improves. A flexible combination of mobilities in subscription form gives you more security because you are not dependent on 1 provider and you can make the best choice for every situation.

In the long term, we expect that coastal intelligence (AI) will also be used, so that increasingly smarter choices can be made and thus travel time, costs and CO2 can be saved.
