On October 17, 2023, RR Mechatronics announced its intention to issue a new bond loan via NPEX: the RR Mechatronics 11% bond loan IV (2030).
Offer for bondholders RR Mechatronics 11% bond loan I (2024)* and RR Mechatronics 8% bond loan II (2024)

- With one RR Mechatronics I (2024)** bond you buy nine new RR Mechatronics IV (2030) bonds
- With one RR Mechatronics II bond (2024) you buy ten new RR Mechatronics IV bonds (2030)
- No lost interest due to conversion
As an investor in the RR Mechatronics 11% bond loan I (2024/12)* and / or RR Mechatronics 8% bond loan II (2024/07) you can convert your bond(s) to the new one free of charge RR Mechatronics 11% bond loan IV (2030/01).
You then pay not 1% registration fee, or other costs, on the bonds registered for conversion.
Nominal value of bond loans
The nominal value of the RR Mechatronics 11% bond loan I (2024) is € 900 per bond**.
The nominal value of the RR Mechatronics 8% bond loan II (2024) is € 1.000 per bond.
The nominal value of the new RR Mechatronics 11% bond loan IV (2030) is € 100 per bond.
XNUMX Conversion
The conversion will only be carried out if the new bonds are actually issued. Until then, you will still receive your regular coupon payment on the RR Mechatronics bond loan I and II. So you will not miss any interest due to the conversion.
When converting one RR Mechatronics bond I (nominal value € 900)** you will receive nine new RR Mechatronics bond IV (total nominal value € 900).
When converting one RR Mechatronics bond II (nominal value € 1.000) you will receive ten new RR Mechatronics bond IV (total nominal value € 1.000).
So you cannot buy fewer than 9 new bonds.
You can choose to register all or part of your positions in the RR Mechatronics bond loan I and/or bond loan II for conversion. Once the issue has been completed, it is no longer possible to register for conversion.
