About Oceandiva
The demands placed on event locations have increased significantly over the years, everything must be taken care of in detail, and a perfect location is also part of this.
Oceandiva offers limitless possibilities in the higher segment with (currently) two sailing event locations for business and festive occasions. Oceandiva is now active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and will expand to London next year. The customer base built up over the years, mostly large companies and event organizers, provides a solid foundation.

The ORIGINAL is known for its impressive and contemporary appearance. This special event location with a length of 86 meters has a total area of 2.500 m2 in which it can receive 200 to 1.500 guests. The four additional sub-spaces and the 1.000 m2 outdoor terrace invite you to create new dimensions in events.
Ocean diva Futura
From the stylish and modern design of the FUTURA, no one can miss that they are on the water. Completely surrounded by windows, you have a fantastic view from every location on the ship. Three separate rooms, with a total area of 1.250 m2, provide the right allure to business and festive events for 75 to 600 guests.

Loan purpose
Oceandiva wants to grow and expand to the United Kingdom, and in preparation for this is issuing a bond loan of €2.000.000. They expect to be active in the United Kingdom in 2019, and have the following plans:
Oceandiva wants to sail the Original to London and use it on the River Thames for corporate events, for which the ship must be renovated. The plan is now for this to happen in the Netherlands at the beginning of 2019 by a Dutch shipyard. This conversion of the Original is necessary to obtain approval to operate the ship in London. We want to use the money from the bonds for, among other things, the renovation. You can read more about this renovation and this approval in the prospectus.
For the operation, Oceandiva London Shipping Ltd. the plan is a 10-year contract with catering company Smart Group Ltd. to close, or a company yet to be established by Smart Group Ltd. Oceandiva London Shipping Ltd. currently has a non-binding contract with Smart Group Ltd for this purpose. Closed. Furthermore, Oceandiva London Shipping Ltd. concluded a contract for the ship to berth in London.
Oceandiva wants to have a third ship built in 2018. That ship will be larger than the Original and suitable for 1.500 to 2.000 guests. That ship will be used together with the Futura ship in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, because they also want to continue growing here. Oceandiva plans to transfer the ship to London when the third ship is built.
