Calculation example bond loan
The price for one bond is €1.000. You pay a one-time 1% issue fee to subscribe.
If you buy one bond you pay €1.000 + €10 registration fees = €1.010.
You pay a monthly service fee of 0,05% to hold bonds. These costs
you pay as long as you have the bonds with NPEX. The service costs are deducted from the interest you receive monthly.
With one bond you pay 0,05% x € 1.000 = € 0,50 in service costs.
The monthly coupon interest is €6,46 gross.
With one bond you receive €6,46 – €0,50 = €5,96 per month.
