Forecast 2022: Xillio Turnover growth 55%, profit growth more than 80%

The year 2022 ended on an excellent note. Final figures have yet to be compiled. The forecast is that turnover will be between €6,6 and €6,8 million, compared to €4,3 million in 2021. A growth of approximately 55%. EBITDA will be around € 2,6 / € 2,9 million compared to € 1,45 million in 2021. A growth of more than 80% in profit. EBITDA is approximately 40% compared to 33% in 2021. We are of course very satisfied that we are able to both grow and improve profitability.

Growth is expected to continue in 2023.

Other important financial dates for 2022

  • The monthly recurring software turnover has increased from € 105k in Dec 2021 to € 210k in Dec 2022. A doubling.
  • Turnover per FTE has increased from €205k in 2021 to €214k in 2022. Considering that we hired and trained 10 consultants during the year, a very good achievement.
  • The number of FTE during 2022 has increased from 13,24 in 2021 to 19,78 in 2022. We will start in January 2023 with 24 FTE in services.
  • Average turnover calculated over all Xillio FTE has increased from 115k in 2021 to 144k in 2022.

We are growing fast for 3 reasons:

  1. We are in a growth market. We migrate content to the Microsoft Azure Cloud. This market is growing by 40%.
  2. We are the best in the world. As a result, we receive many requests.
  3. Three out of four customers award 5 migrations to Xillio for a total value of EUR 400k. Migrations are simply much more repeatable than they first appear. Many customers still have an old system, another department, another branch in another country, etc. that they also want to migrate.

Plans for 2023

In 2023 we want to continue to grow, we want more partners to use our software and we want to collaborate with software parties that provide added value to our “smart way to migrate” proposition.

As part of the latter, we have already concluded a strategic cooperation agreement with Colligo. We have also invested in Colligo. Colligo is a Canadian company that is also part of the Microsoft Content Services group and provides software that makes it easier to add emails to Microsoft. Something that is desired in many migrations.
