To the holders of bonds that Bouman Industries BV has issued on the basis of the prospectus from June 21, 2016.
Dear Bondholders,
The consultation with the investor for the Sales and Leaseback has resulted in a positive attitude from the investor. He is currently working on freeing up the necessary resources within his own organization.
Since we are now partly dependent on third parties, we cannot yet give you a period within which the transaction will take place.
The bond loan will be repaid by April 10, 2023 as agreed.
Bouman will keep you informed of the further progress of the transaction through press releases.
