Yesterday, November 29, 2022, at 18.00:21 PM, the period within which holders of bonds issued by Bouman Industries BV ("issuer") could vote on the issuer's proposal regarding the postponement of the redemption of these bonds, as stated in the issuer's notice dated November 2016, 9.
The result of the vote is as follows:
- Investors who jointly hold 1.722 bonds voted “in favor”.
- Investors who jointly hold 8 bonds voted “against”.
- The other investors abstained from voting.
- The majority of investors who cast their votes therefore voted “in favor”.
This means that the proposal has been adopted.
