Software for document searching, cleaning and cleaning of databases

HILVERSUM – IT company INDICA, developer of intelligent data management software that allows companies and institutions to search, clean and clean their databases quickly and efficiently, is making the leap to the online NPEX stock exchange for medium-sized SMEs.

INDICA issues a bond loan with a term of five years and pays investors an annual interest of 9%. With the proceeds of up to €2 million, the management expects to be able to grow significantly in the coming years.

The INDICA software, which the Hilversum company developed in-house, enables companies and institutions to find documents in the ever-expanding databases thanks to an intelligent search engine. In practice, it appears that in many organizations and institutions half the number of documents in the systems are redundant, but as a precaution they are not deleted.

The INDICA software has numerous applications in the field of data management. The software is used to clean files, as required in connection with the strict privacy regulations for companies and institutions based on the legally established GDPR policy.

In addition, INDICA is an important tool during eDiscovery investigations. Supervisors, accountants and governments must find and present documents in a short time as part of a thorough document investigation. Government institutions that fall under the Open Government Act (WOO), the successor to the WOB, use INDICA software for this.

According to directors Pieter Scherpenhuijsen and Elmar Pigeaud, there are plenty of opportunities to market the INDICA software at home and abroad. “We are currently reaching the limit of our capacity. Growth is very feasible, but we need to train more experts who can supervise projects. We will strengthen sales, marketing and support with the proceeds from the bond loan," says Scherpenhuijsen.

The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and the House of Representatives are among the users of the INDICA software.
