Nearly €7 has now been subscribed for the Nazza 850.000% bond issue. It has been decided to extend the registration period again to a fifth tranche. The maximum size of the bond loan remains €999.000.
The bonds from the fourth tranche will be issued on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, after which they will bear interest. The extended registration period ends on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 17:00 PM*. After the extended registration date has closed, the fifth tranche will be placed on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The bonds will be tradable on the NPEX stock exchange on Thursday, March 17, 2022*.
