Dear bondholders,
Following on from my communication of July 9, 2021, I can inform you that the 1 figures of Felloo Beheer bv will be published before September 2021, 2020. Underlyingly, Felloo had a good year in 2020, however, due to the inability to convert closed recurring contracts at the ICT Fund into cash (see quote 1) and (later the alternative PAASCO bv), despite a commitment, the turnover was removed from Felloo's 2020 accounting, quote 2 ) as was included in our business model, she therefore had to show a negative result, albeit with a positive EBITDA of 257k. By not discounting the recurring contracts, a positive cash flow (see Chart 2) is and has been achieved sooner than budgeted. (every disadvantage has its advantage 😊).
