Felloo recently announced internally that we have been acquired by Techone, a leading group of managed IT and communications companies. Now we are also sending our message to you – outside the company. This step strengthens Techone's presence in the east of the Netherlands and is an important milestone for both companies. In line with Techone's strategy, Felloo will continue to operate as an independent company within the Techone group.

The acquisition of Felloo by Techone means that Techone can offer its customers a wider range of IT solutions, especially in the field of managed services. Felloo has built an excellent reputation in the industry and is known for its focus on quality and customers. The acquisition fits in with Techone's strategy to continuously grow and strengthen its position as a leading IT service provider in the Netherlands. As a result of this acquisition, Felloo's management will be expanded with Coert Coomans, CEO and director of Techone. The current directors, Marthijn Groenewoud and Sandy van Rooijen, will remain and will manage the company together with Coert Coomans. Enrico Grobben will say goodbye as co-founder of Felloo, CEO and director after a successful period of 12 and a half years. Partly under his management, Felloo has grown from a start-up company to the professional organization as it stands today.
