Annexum hereby presents the 2021 half-yearly report of Super Winkel Fonds NV, drawn up by the management. The 2021 half-year figures have not been audited by the accountant.
In the first half of 2021, the recent acquisitions of the supermarket properties in Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Harmelen were successfully managed. Mortgage financing was provided for these purchases, including the most recent supermarket acquisition at Delflandplein in Amsterdam, by the current financier Postbank in early July 2021.
