Annexum has added the recently expanded Lidl supermarket by 500 m2, including several adjacent stores in the Delflandplein shopping center in Amsterdam, to the portfolio of the Super Winkel Fonds NV. The stores have a total size of approximately 2.500 m² GFA.

Delflandplein shopping center
The Delflandplein shopping center is located in Amsterdam Nieuw-West (Slotervaart). In addition to Lidl as the largest tenant, AS Watson (Kruidvat), New York Pizza, Soul Kitchen and Primera are also among the tenants. The shopping center has recently been renovated and modernized. At the same time, Lidl also launched its latest store formula there.

At the moment, and in the future, many new-build homes are being added in the vicinity of the shopping center. This means that the market density of the catchment area will increase further. The municipality of Amsterdam also plans to redesign the public space, including renovating the square in front of the complex.
