Annexum hereby presents the 2020 annual report of Super Winkel Fonds NV, prepared by the management and discussed with Deloitte (the accountant) on March 18, 2021.
Two emissions were successfully achieved in 2020. These emission funds were used to purchase supermarket properties in Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Harmelen, among others. In addition, investments were made in a convertible bond, which indirectly invests in a supermarket portfolio with Jumbo as the largest tenant. In 2020, investments were also made in the properties in Deventer, Tilburg, Lochem, and Drachten.
