Following on from the previous press release regarding the issuance of new shares, we can announce that this month a sixth shareholder will buy into our real estate company under the flag of Meerdervoort® at Amalialaan 126 in Baarn. This will further strengthen the company's equity by approximately €400.000. After this transaction, the total equity of the company amounts to approximately € 1,725 MIO.
