Annexum has once again added a supermarket to the portfolio of the Super Shop Fund. The supermarket at Dirigentplein 85 in Eindhoven has a total size of 2.285 m².
Solitaire supermarket
The property is located in the Berckelbosch district, just outside the Eindhoven ring road and is surrounded by a number of small retailers such as a hairdresser, a drugstore and catering establishments. The Plus supermarket has been renting this location for almost 10 years. The supermarket building has been taken over from a private owner.
Super Shop Fund
The Plus in Eindhoven is the 38th supermarket that the Super Shop Fund adds to the portfolio and was purchased with the proceeds from the issue in December. With the proceeds from the first issue in September, Annexum bought a Jumbo supermarket in Amsterdam.
CEO Huib Boissevain: “There is a lot of interest in supermarkets at the moment. We are therefore always looking for good acquisitions. And not just for this fund.”
