Annexum has taken out new financing for part of its supermarket portfolio. The banks Postbank and Berlin Hyp have jointly provided € 112 million in financing to Super Winkel Fonds N.V., one of the largest unlisted supermarket funds accessible to private individuals in the Netherlands.

The financed portfolio consists of, among other things, 36 supermarkets spread over 33 properties in the Netherlands. The portfolio has a total floor area of ​​87.500 m², an occupancy rate of approximately 99% and together generate approximately € 14 million in gross rental income. The rental contracts have an average term of approximately 5 years.

Recent emission
Annexum raised €5 million from private investors during a recent offering by the Super Winkel Fonds N.V. Due to the great interest, Annexum will emit again later in the year.
