On the Qlayers 9% bond loan has now been registered for €800.000. To give investors the opportunity to subscribe to the issue, it has been decided to extend the subscription period to a second tranche.
The bonds from the first tranche will be issued on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, after which they will bear interest.
The subscription period for tranche 2 ends on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, after which the bonds will be issued on Wednesday, March 1, 2023*. The bonds will be tradable on the NPEX stock exchange on Thursday, March 2, 2023*.
