Nearly €700.000 has now been subscribed to De Tocht's 8,5% bond loan. It has been decided to extend the registration period.
The bonds from the second tranche will be issued on Monday, January 16, 2023, after which they will bear interest. The extended registration period ends on Wednesday, January 8, 2023*. After the extended registration date has closed, the third tranche will be placed on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. The bonds will be tradable on the NPEX stock exchange* on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
