On the emission of the INDICA 9% bond loan has now been registered for almost € 760.000. The bonds from the second tranche will be issued on Friday, December 16, 2022, after which they will bear interest.
It has been decided not to renew the registration for the current bond issue. Trading of the bonds from both tranches will therefore be possible from Monday, December 19, 2022 via the NPEX stock exchange.

We ourselves see that people are more cautious in the current markets. By this we refer not only to investor sentiment, but also to INDICA's strategy to accelerate its implementation, as we saw in the months before September 2022.
In the current market we are still growing and we will continue to do so, but less capital is needed to achieve real growth in the coming year.
You have until Thursday, December 15, 2022, 17:00 PM to register for the issue before it finally closes. As soon as sentiment in the markets has become more positive, we can provide an update on the plans and our prospectus.
