On the emission of the 5 year old INDICA 9% bond loan has now been registered for almost € 700.000. This means that the minimum amount of €500.000 for issuing the bonds has been met.
To give potential investors the opportunity to subscribe to the issue, it has been decided to extend the subscription period to a second tranche.
The bonds from the first tranche will be issued on Thursday, November 17, 2022, after which they will bear interest. Unless shortened/extended, the new subscription period ends on Friday, December 9, 2022, after which the bonds from the second tranche will be issued on Friday, December 16, 2022.
