Delft, September 12, 2022 – It has been decided to register for the 5-year-old issue ZEPCAM 7,5% convertible bond loan to be extended again to a fourth tranche.
The convertible bonds from the third tranche will be issued on Monday, September 19, 2022, after which they will bear interest.
Unless the subscription period is shortened/extended, the subscription for tranche four ends on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 17:00 PM, after which the bonds will be issued on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 and will bear interest.
