Realization in the first half of 2022 and preview of the second half of 2022
Turnover in New Machines and Used Machines is behind budget due to postponed project realizations due to delivery time problems, but is above the 2021 level. Turnover in Extension, Spares and Service is higher than budgeted. The margin achieved across all order flows is 45% versus a budget of 46%. The order intake for new projects is well above budget with several large orders for New machines and for Used Machines. These projects will be delivered in 2023 and 2024, but will also be partly included in the 2022 turnover due to the POC method. The expectation for 2022 is that turnover will be substantially higher than 2021, but slightly lower than the original budget. The profitability forecast is in accordance with budget. In addition, due to the projects mentioned, the backlog for 2023 will be high.

The tender was closed with a positive result and the contract was awarded to DG press. For this customer, DG press will supply a Vision 520 web offset press and enter into a 3-year service contract per delivery of the machine to maintain the press in the best operational condition.
