Delft, August 12, 2022 – It has been decided to register for the 5-year-old issue ZEPCAM 7,5% convertible bond loan to be extended again to a third tranche.
The convertible bonds from the second tranche will be issued on Friday, August 19, 2022, after which they will bear interest.
Unless the subscription period is shortened/extended, the subscription for tranche 3 ends on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 17:00 PM, after which the bonds will be issued on Monday, September 19, 2022 and will bear interest.
