For us, there has been a trend break in a positive sense. After months, if not years, of having to take into account all the influences of corona and the uncertain times, we now notice that we are making progress again. This means there is more movement in the market, good contacts with existing customers and therefore new developments. From September 1, we will move to a new building at Hereweg 83e in Warmond, a building where we live independently and a few minutes from Van der Valk Leiden/Sassenheim with many possibilities. In addition, a new corporate identity with logo is being developed, which will be used in all communications from September.

Funding
At DBS2 Factoring we have been busy repaying, because volumes decreased due to our collaboration and market conditions. Due to the trend break in recent months, we will further develop longer-term plans after the summer period and more information will also be known in terms of funding. There are no new funding plans yet. If we really start to grow in transaction numbers again, the necessary funding will be needed. Because we have already indicated that we will repay at NPEX, we will continue to do so, but the repayment is taking longer than expected and hoped. This is mainly because the portfolio of receivables comes in gradually and the liquid assets arrive more slowly than planned. We still aim to have all bondholders of DBS2022 Factoring BV repaid before the end of 2. The listing on NPEX will therefore disappear.
