The issue of the TUBES 8,25% bond loan II has now been subscribed for almost € 1.800.000. It has been decided to extend the registration period to a fifth tranche. The maximum size of the bond loan remains € 2.000.000.
The bonds from the fourth tranche will be issued on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, after which they will bear interest. The extended registration period ends on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 17:00 PM. After the extended registration date has closed, the fifth tranche will be placed on Friday, June 10, 2022. The bonds will be tradable on the NPEX stock exchange on Monday, June 13, 2022*.
