The issue of the TUBES 8,25% bond loan II has now been subscribed for almost € 1.600.000. It has been decided to extend the registration period to a fourth tranche. The maximum size of the bond loan remains € 2.000.000.
The bonds from the third tranche will be issued on Monday, April 11, 2022, after which they will bear interest. The extended registration period ends on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 17:00 PM. After the extended registration date has closed, the fourth tranche will be placed on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. The bonds will be tradable on the NPEX stock exchange on Wednesday, May 11, 2022*.
