The year 2021 is over and we can share the preliminary results for this year with you.
Annual figures 2021
The 2021 annual figures of MTD Holding BV have been drafted. These still need to be checked by our accountant. As already stated in the half-yearly report of September 23, 2021, the figures are good. At the time, the expectation was that we would achieve a turnover of between €19 and €20 million with a net result of €4 million. We are pleased to report that we appear to be achieving an even better result. For 2021 we arrive at a turnover of approximately €24,3 million. The positive operating result (EBITDA) amounts to €7 million and the net result will be approximately €5 million.
As a result, equity is positive again as of December 31, 2021. The poor results of 2020, caused by the Covid-19 crisis, have almost been made up for in 2021. As of December 31, 2021, equity will amount to € 2,5 million rounded off.
