Dear investor,

Today we release important news about De Tocht. We think it is important to inform you personally about this before you read it in the newspaper.

While we were very happy at the beginning of this month that we sold more than 20.000 tickets within a week, we now have to deal with an unexpected setback. Contaminated soil was found during ground works at the site where the De Tocht theater is to be located.

This news means that construction of the theater cannot start on time and we are forced to postpone the premiere to October 2023.

Is the continuation of The Tour in danger?
It's pouring! When you start a project like this, you know that you will encounter bumps along the way, including stupid bad luck like this. That's a bummer to say the least, but after that it's a matter of straightening your shoulders and moving on. And we do this with undiminished passion and energy. And that is possible because our equity partners are committed to continuing and the creative team of writers and composers is not slowing down. In addition, we are continuing with the casting process for the last actors and ticket sales will continue as normal. Our construction partner Friso Bouwgroep also continues to develop and will build anyway. In the coming weeks we will be working on an adjusted schedule and the first pile of the 'Friso Theater' will be driven into the ground during the summer.

What does this mean for emissions at NPEX?
We are temporarily withdrawing the emission. We need some time to make a new planning and adjusted budget. As soon as we have this clear, we will relaunch the issue and will inform you.

Of the total 15 million euros required for the project, 12,4 million euros has now been covered. So we are almost there and we have set ourselves the goal of raising this last 17% of the financing through the issuance of bonds and crowdfunding because the Elfstedentocht belongs to the whole of the Netherlands and therefore everyone should have the opportunity to participate in this. to invest. Just like the real Elfstedentocht, the Tour is built on many shoulders. In Frisian we call this 'Mienskip' or 'Together makes everything stronger'.

We sincerely hope that you will join us again later this year and, together with us, pass on the magic of the Elfstedentocht to the coming generation.
