Wagamama extends the subscription period of 9,25% bond loan II to the seventh tranche for the last time

Amsterdam, April 19, 2021

More than 80% of the Wagamama 9,25% bond loan II has now been subscribed to. In view of the expected relaxation of the Corona measures and the opening of the new wagamama restaurant in the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, it has been decided to extend the registration period for the last time. This gives potential investors the opportunity to subscribe to the issue.

The issuance of the bonds from the sixth tranche will take place on Monday, April 26, 2021. These bonds will bear interest from that date. Please note: the bonds are allocated on the basis of a completed registration.

The extended registration period ends on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 17:00 PM. After the extended subscription date has closed, the seventh tranche will be issued on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, after which these bonds will be interest-bearing.

The redemption date of all tranches is November 26, 2025. All tranches are tradable with each other and will be available from Thursday, May 27, 2021* can be traded on the NPEX stock exchange
