HyGear shareholders sign agreement for takeover by leading clean energy company Xebec
HyGear, specialist in on-site production and supply of hydrogen, based in Arnhem, today announces that its shareholders have signed a definitive agreement with Xebec Adsorption Inc. (TSXV:XBC) for acquiring the company. Xebec is a global provider of clean energy solutions headquartered in Montreal, Canada. The combination of both companies means both the start of the hydrogen strategy for Xebec and the next step in HyGear's growth plans.
