The NPEX stock exchange brings experienced and starting investors together with entrepreneurs for financing and returns. You invest directly in companies through bonds, shares or investment funds
Rates
Subscriptions to an issue are charged a 1% fee. Service charges for bonds are 0,05% per month. This is calculated over the nominal value of the bonds in the portfolio on the coupon payment date and is offset against the (monthly) interest payment. The costs for buying or selling financial instruments on the NPEX stock exchange are 0.5% per transaction with a minimum of €2,50.
Risks and certainties
NPEX is an investment firm with an MTF license from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). NPEX is under continuous supervision by the AFM and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Investing always involves risks. These risks can lead to lower or even negative returns. Please read all documentation carefully before deciding to invest.
