Four times a year, in January, April, July and October, the available cash flow will be paid out to the certificate holders. For dividend payments, withholding of 15% (2024 rate) dividend tax must be taken into account; This is withheld by the real estate fund and paid to the tax authorities. Natural persons or established entities residing in the Netherlands can offset the dividend tax withheld against the income or corporate tax due via their tax return.

U has the choice to receive the dividend as a cash dividend or to reinvest the dividend.
