Zwaag, November 17, 2022

Dear Sir / Madam,

On behalf of R&R Mechatronics International BV (hereinafter: 'RR Mechatronics') I will inform you as follows.

There will be a change in business operations as of December 31, 2022. Director of RR Mechatronics, Mr. Jan Buis will resign as director as of this date, at his own request. At the same time, a new board member will be appointed. This concerns Mr Thijs van der Meer, Chief Operating Officer of RR Mechatronics. Thijs van der Meer has been associated with RR Mechatronics since September 2021. RR Mechatronics also intends to appoint a new director in the role of CEO as soon as possible. Until that appointment, Mr Thijs van der Meer will operate as interim CEO.

The order intake for the Starrsed instruments is above budget. After the previously discussed delay in the new product development process, RR Mechatronics expects to introduce a first completely new product in the announced renewal of the Starrsed line in 2024. Despite the fact that our OEM customer has been delayed with its market introduction of the new RPI (first deliveries by RR Mechatronics December 2021), this product will drive sales in 2022. Sales of the Lorrca are increasing sharply. The reasons for this are the restart of clinical trials for specifically sickle cell disease after corona and the increasing popularity among pharmaceutical companies that are already using the Lorrca in their drug development phase.

The deliveries and recurring turnover of products such as reagents, control blood and parts are on schedule.

RR Mechatronics still suffers from disrupted supply chains. This means that we are regularly unable to produce planned deliveries for new products on time. Our customers anticipate this by using the long delivery times we provide in their project schedules.

Despite this, the company expects to achieve strong sales growth in 2022. The production capacity for the first quarter of 2023 is already fully filled.

Yours faithfully,

Jan Buis
CEO
